1995 - Becomes the keyboardist for Lyle Henderson & Emmanuel, and performs in many venues in New Orleans and Louisiana including numerous performances at the House Of Blues. New Orleans, LA

1996 - Organizes the Hamburg Mass Choir, Hamburg, Germany, and performs at the American Counsulate's July 4th Celebration.

1997 - Wrote, arranged, and produced tracks for the "Lyle Henderson & Emmanuel" compact disc..

1998 - Becomes the keyboardist for David Rhodes and Assurnce, house band for the Praline Connection Gospel Brunch Show. New Orleans, LA

1998 - Organizes and music directs the Crescent City Community Choir. New Orleans, LA.

1999 - "C4" by the Crescent City Community Choir of New Orleans, LA is released. Blackmon serves as the CD's producer, songwriter, arranger, and instrumentalist. Also serves as choir's lead vocalist.
2001 - Blackmon and the CCCC embark on a 2 week tour of Switzerland.

2002 - Blackmon relocates to Columbus, OH and soon becomes a regular featured performer at Club Diveristy, 863 S. High St.

2005 - Blackmon releases his first solo jazz project, "Born Too Late."

2005 - Blackmon receives "2005 Spotlight Best Entertainer Award"
